Concerned how long before help showed?

Stay away from this company!!! They will put you on hold, not return your calls, and lie to your face. I've called i don't know how many times to discuss my case and they can't seem to get it right. They put me in different depts.and no one could get my info to me. I've e-mailed and no response. What kind of company does this and are professionals i ask you? I want to know what is going on. Call them and tell them your out of there for good. You can still be sued from your creditors while in the program. Read all the forums in here and ask yourself the question that everyone else is asking. What kind of com. Is this?
