Find the name of the lenders you are dealing with.

Go through your bank statements and know the payments done on your accounts. You need to be well versed with your state laws to figure out the charges done by the loan company. You are liable to pay back the amount that your state allows. Most companies keep debiting money from the checking account even after the loan is paid in full.

After you know the status of your loan account, call the lenders and make arrangements on the outstanding balance. If the loan is paid in full, get your account closed with something in writing from the company.
