is there anything i can do they jut called me and i told them i wanted to pay it off they told me i would owe them 325.00 to pay this off..i told her rollovers were not allowed in IL she said they are not aware of this law..please help!!

Rollovers are not permissible in your state. Get the loan statement so that you know how they calculated your balance. If they don't you give you that info, inform about your filing complaints with the state AG. They will contact them in this regard. You should seem some changes there.
