Does anyone know the laws regarding PDL for Illinois - can all online lenders lend to IL residents? How about PDL store fronts - do they have a cap on intersest allowed for installments?

hey lucy I too am an Illinois resident and trying to get my payday loans taken care of...I have one store front one that I am a little curious about to...they loaned me 400.00 I make monthly payments at 175.22 for five months which that means paying them a total of 876.10...so I am pretty sure if i understand the laws in Il this is illegal....
