Does anyone know of a law firm that can help me handle route 66 funding.

Route 66 Funding happens to be one of the worst pdl places around. They have connections with International Cash Today and are not licensed in most states in the US.

Do you have a loan with them? Know your state laws and review the bank statements for all the previous payments. You are liable to pay only that much mentioned in your state laws. Cover your base before you start talking with them and settle the account. If you have paid more than the actual amount, the company must mark your account closed. You should be able to resolve this matter with the company after knowing your rights. Attorneys are very expensive.

Most of them charge $200 per sitting. Will you be able to afford that much? These lenders know our weakness because most here cannot come with that much of money. That is why they are scamming out large number of people. Take help of any law enforcement agency in your area to deal with these people.

keystrokes the problem is that Route 66 will not help you. They will not even listen and if you have a point they will hang up on you. I have emailed and faxed them everyday. Someone will call and start yelling at me then when I speak with them they hangup. I don't raise my voice with them because I am trying to kill them with kindness. I don't know if you have ever delt with them but they are awful.

I haven't dealt with Route 66 Funding and I read about their horror stories everyday. But you can't let them continue in that way. What they are doing is illegal and you are fully aware of it. Then why let them hit your kindness. If someone from that company yells at you, repeat the same. You don't have to take that. Keep yourself safe by blocking them from any debits in your checking account. Monitor your credit report regularly. If you owe a balance on the principal, send your proposal letters. If you keep your base covered, don't take their grunts. It????????s not tough when you know you are right and following the law. You should sound stronger when talking with these people who break the laws everyday. Remembers, your silence gives them shelter. Use your power, knowledge, file complaints with the DA????????s office, anything that can stop this company from calling you again.

Most consumer attorneys either don't charge (because of attorney fee provisions in the law) or charge something that you can handle.

In the few cases where I do charge my clients, I keep my fee reasonable, and ask for payments I know they can handle without trouble. Most consumer attorneys I know are the same.
