It takes time to get results in a debt settlement program. Have you put the money in your account Hess Kennedy asked for? They won't start negotiating with your creditors until the accounts are in defaults for a certain period and their explanation that you are unable to pay the debts works.

I have no idea what others are saying about this company. Sometimes, I find a few mistaken in understanding the program, or their competitors posting bad, or maybe Hess Kennedy is truly responsible for the negatives.

All I understand is that you need to be cautious when you are working with a settlement company. You never wanted to fall in a situation like this so you have to be a bit careful and work with the company that can manage your debts.
