Hi guys! I'm still truckin along with the payday situation. Most of them didn't contact me after my emails detailing my state laws. I've taken a break kind of with the holidays coming. However, I have been reading over the past few days about people getting refunds. Last year, hubby had a loan with PaydayOk. I determined that he overpaid by 816.00. I emailed them, outlined my state laws and requested a full refund immediately. They just emailed back and said that they will settle for 250.00! So, what should I do? Take it and run, or demand the full amount? Or renegotiate for half. I don't want to jinx it.
