This place is not licensed in your state to loan. Look up your payday loan laws at paydayloaninfo.org. Click on the "state info" and then scroll down and click on your state. Did you do the google search on this company?

Thank you! Now that I know they are not licensed in my state, what are the next steps I take? I did do the google search and I am still reading through the posts.

Is your bank account that they have access to still open? If so, close it and open another one at the same bank or a different one b/c they will keep trying to debit your account and it could be very costly. Also, file a complaint with your AG's office. Send this company a wage revocation letter which states you are revoking the wage assignment and also give one to your employer.

the account is being closed. do you have an address to where I can send the letter?
