The bill with Dell doesnt seem to go down

Are they charging you a high interest or something? It sounds like your interst is super high and the minimum monthly payment is barely enough to cover what's tacked on for interest. Do you get monthly statements from them, does it show why your balance is not dropping. You may want to try and work something out with dell before it gets to a collection agency so it doesn't mess up your credit. Let them know you don't understand why your balance is not dropping.

My interest is at 29.99% :( thats high i might just call them see what i can do if they will help me out You know if they will knock off anything to make it lower to pay off ?

Well there might be anything they will be able to do, I'm not sure if they can lower the interest or not. Is there anyway you can send more than just the minimum payments.

The only way to get out of that 30% interest is to make big payments each month and get it settled as quickly as possible. The less you pay Dell the higher the fees get...
