hess and kennedy company

I have a credit consolidation contract with Hess Kennedy out of Florida. It's dated March 24, 2006. They have never made any effort to contact me and have never recieved any money from me. Is this still a valid contract?

The contract is valid till you have it's cancellation in writing. You signed the contract with the consolidation company long back. But it seems there has been no progress in the accounts included in the plan. Have you talked with them about this?
