Unauthorized deduction on bank statement

My name is Cindy Ellis. I live in St. Charles Missouri.
On December 18th there were two (2) charges deducted from my checking account for $156 a piece totaling $312. What is this for? Can you please tell me. I have been working with me bank on other unauthorized withdrawals that cannot be substantiated and making fraud reports on those. Please let me know ASAP who you are and what these charges are or I will do the same to your company.
