problem with premier processing loan

i took out a loan in September and they made my bank account closed because i didn't know what to do and now they sending me to court and i don't know what to do if theirs anyone the can help me i would appreciate

Have you done any payments on this loan account? What state are you in? And, how much is the principal amount?
