Contacted an ashley Spisanagle who handles bankruptcys. she said that since she did not have my bankruptcy that i needed to pay the loan.

A creditor's non-receipt of the bankruptcy notice is not a defen
A creditor's non-receipt of the bankruptcy notice is not a defense for them. As long as you have filed a case, have included them and have shown due diligence in providing them with adequate notice, they are under a restraining order from further collection.
If the fact "they never received it" was a valid claim, then every creditor could throw the notice in the garbage and simply claim they never got it... so pay up.
