You mentioned reconsolidating a Chapter 13. That is something that can only be done by your bankruptcy attorney, unless you decide to convert it to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

A debt consolidation company cannot change your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy plan. That plan is court ordered.
