Debt Consolidation, Who to use?

alright folks...weve got about 15k in credit debt..minimal to some, but alot to us...we are looking into the DC...but dont know who to go to? and dont know what to look for as in fees, and the such...
weve put in for a call but have yet to recieve one..
so please someone lead us in the right direction!
