Thank you all for your advice. My state is Maryland and I do not know what the % cap is. Any help out there?
And who can I use to consolidate all these payday loans. They are my only debt

Tremont does put a wage assigment clause in their contracts. Be sure you send out a wage assignment revocation letter asap. It doesn't have to be fancy, just say that you revoke any and all wage assignments you may have signed. Send it certified mail, and keep a copy in case they still try to assign your wages.

AIP will work with you, it just takes a lot to ge them to that point. If you keep at them they will finally give in.

I am dealing with Cash Suoply and MTE Financial from your list. Cash Supply seems to be easier to deal with since payday lending is illegal in my state. MTE, now that is a different story, I had to file a compliant with the State's AG office and the FTC since they were calling me after 9 at night.
