I got my checking account overdrawn because of the stupid payday loans I had and now they are going to charge off my account because I don't have $800 to put in it, they charge me almost $50 for being overdrawn! is there any program that will work with banks? they won't help me, I asked and was turned down.

The banks will usually give you about 60 days I think. You need to try and speak to someone in authority at the bank. Would by any chance the bank be Bof A . Other people have had problems with this bank. KYSIDE38
