Can I default on pdls?

I have 4 pdl loans and I can't pay they off, so I've just been paying interest and fees. I live in PA and they are illegal but the companies are all in DE...payday ok, payday select and americash advance. Can these be included in my debt consolidation or should I just default on them? I can't continue to live like this and it's starting to affect my health.

Even if pdls are illegal in PA, companies can do business if they are licensed in their state. Check the state website of Delaware if these companies are licensed in their state. You will soon get a call from the counselor and discuss about your pdl problems.
