I need advise, on what will happen to me

I don't have a clue as to what to do....I am in so far over my head.I have 4 payday loans..I can't continue to survive. I can't get any paid down, so I can get rid of them. I just keep paying the "fee" and rolling it over. It is so bad this last time (payday) that for two weeks I ate anything that I could find left over from co-workers lunch....could not even but a meal from the $1.00 menu......My question for anyone out there is .....If I close my bank account what will happen to me? It is a felony? Will I go to jail, when they put the check thru and it comes back to them as account closed? All three loans are for $350 each and each cost me $72-$81 each......I dont want to go to jail to get out of this mess....


Autumborn. Relax, you won't go to jail if you close your account. In your situation, you probably should close the account and open a new one. Don't give the new information to these companies.

A debt counselor should be contacting you soon to get more information and advise you on how to handle this situation.

What state are you in and what companies do you have loans with?

First of all, you need to calm down. It may not be as bad as it appears. We are here to help you. We need to know which loans you have, whether they are storefront or internet, what state you are in and what are your balances.

We can start from there and advise you of what your options are.

Trust me, I understand what is like to starve because of paying these people.
