Debt managements are successful if everything works well. If you are paying regularly to your consolidation company and they send the payments to your pdls, your payments are getting posted in time; I don't see any reason why lenders will file a case in the court. They want to get their money back and the counselor has already done the arrangements with the lender.
What is your situation regarding the pdls?

Welcome Meghan to the forums. Please go to paydayloaninfodotorg and check out your state laws on payday lending. Check your secretary of states website to see if they are licensed in your state. Also file complaints with your attorney generals consumer divison. The interest rates these vultures charge are ILLEGAL in many states. KYSIDE38

Kyside is right. Don't pay a cent more until you know the laws for your state and how much they're allowed to charge. Then pay them only what your state law allows, not what the PDL's say you owe them. If they are storefront as opposed to internet loans, be careful. Most of the storefronts are legal and can pursue the debt. Good luck.
