Debt Settlement

Can I get out of a debt settlement sitution after signing a contract? I have researched the company and they seem good. I have started my payments to them, but this garnishment of wages, sueing, and the rest, is causing me to be scared. Am I the only one in a situation like this? If someone has been through a Debt settlement program please let me know.

Many of us have been through and are still going through debt settlement. I would suggest contacting the company you are working with and let them know of your change in circumstances so the contract can be amended.
