Can i really go to jail for this?

I have a payday loan with arrowhead investments, Thay have these people calling my home and job saying i'm going to jail if i don't pay this money back.Can they only sent me 150 and now they say i owe them almost 700 dollars. Can they really boost the pdl that high and can they send me to jail.
