I posted this somewhere before but cant find that thread so I'll give you a synopsis.....I had a problem with Canshnet500, I verbally and via email revoked my auth to wage garnishment. I'm in Florida, I paid $500 on a $350 loan. They somehow found another account and took another $590 our of it. It took my bank a week to get that money back into my account. I now have another new account. My questions are:
What do I put in my letter to my States attorney general, I know to file a compalaint but how do I word that? Do I need to file a complaint anywhere else? Also, was the email enough or do I need to send something in writing to Cashnet500? How do I go about asking for them to PIF this and give me my overpayment. Which at this point haveing them PIF it would be enough. I just don't want them to continue to come after me, calling my work or hitting my new bank account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Looks like you are searching for this one.

Go to your home page and see all your posts.

Send the letter to CashNet500 in writing. You will have proof of your actions and pursue legal actions, if needed. File your complaints with the local AG. Forward a copy to the pdl place and keep them informed of your actions. It will take some time, but you will get success. Keep pushing.
