Need to pay off debts ....

Alright... I got into some problems drinking and using drugs... I've always had a pretty good credit score especially for my age.... I owe about 4200.40 to credit car companies, and now that I'm clean and sober I want to pay them off.. keep the accounts open since I'm not in collections yet and lower my interest rates (trying to nullify for religious reasons) I really want a second chance at working off this debt, but I just started a new buisness and have limited clientel base that won't be up for a few months (probably summer) and am working odd jobs to get by and stay sober.
I am willing to work out a payment plan... and hopefully get this payed off in the next couple of years and still be able to get a house by a certain age and start a family, and keep my buisness doing what I love, and going to college.
I really need some help... ASAP... but need it so I can afford it on my limited salary (still must pay off my mom 5000 in small payments) and eventually up my payments in due time if god blesses my buisness to make more money...
