I am trying to reply to Rhonda Jacobs but it will not let me...why is this?
I am trying to tell her that the same person that is harassing her from Nationwide has repeatedly threatened me and yelled at me including threatening that I will be arrested at work in fifteen minutes and that I will lose my job. They refuse to give me anything in writing that states what I owe. I changed my account number because they illegally withdrew 390 dollars. Since then they used a detective to find my new account number and then stole 970 from my bank account. I am currently seeking representation because they caused me over 700 in bounce checks and bank fees on december 21.
I am an honest person and all I want is to know what I owe and to pay it off and not have to worry but this is not possible.

More than likely they did not use a detective to withdraw from your new account number, they probably used your social security number to do this. Unfortunately, some banks will allow this to happen. Send them a letter revoking your ACH authorization. Are you disputing this transaction with your bank? If not, you should do this, you may be able to get the funds put back into your account.

Yeah he is ruthless. He said to send 540 Western Union on the 19th or they will be sending the appropriate paperwork to inform my employer I committed internet fraud using there computers. So they want me to send the WU to Langhorne Law which after research is a debt consolidation firm and not in collections. So I am confussed on how they will get the money or if I can just tell them to stick it?

Langhorne has collected for the ipdls in the past, there is still some confusion as to whether they are still doing this and doing debt consolidation. You should google Langhorne Law, and go to their debt consolidation website to get their number to let them know that this company is telling you they are being represented by them and want you to WU money. Then take it from there, you will find out if they are truly collecting for this company. Hope that helps.
