Does anyone know about Westbury ventures. This guy is horrible. He keeps leaving messages on my work voicemail that I have committed internet fraud by not paying this advance and want to charge enormous fees and split in two payments. I do not know what to do?

Kimber this is what they sent me Jan. 24th then called my work and couldn't give me the name of the payday loan company I supposedly took a loan out with. See below. My reply was simply no need to apologize Anthony as I didn't take a loan out with "we" or "affiliates" and that he needed to advise the name, date, and how the transaction became a loan. See they took 635.00 out of my account and they will not get another penny as my bank denies allowing any more transfers from this company. He said I took a 300.00 loan out and as far as I am concerned the got their money back twice. Also this was due to my own stupidity unfortunately. I would check the laws in my state and see what the process is on payday loans and the fees associated with it.
Good luck girl.

I know about westbury ventures.

I keep getting calls from them as well but thank God they don't have my work number. They keep emailing me and calling my cell number for the same issues your having about payments.

Wow! I am glad I found this site before I even considered setting up anything with this company. They have been emailing me and calling for months.

After reading the above notes I don't feel so alone or stupid. Luckily my bank only allowed one payment for a supposed loan. I have received several statements in the past days saying my account is past due and I don't have a clue what for. This actually bis a new account at my bank and I am curious as to how they got the information to begin with.
