If threats, extortion, harrassment by phone and
e-mail, lending into locations where they are not licensed, collection practices FAR outside the fdcpa and lies are all legal activities for a lender, then I guess Rt. 66 could be considered legal.
Sorry for the sarcasm, but this company is so far outside the realm of legal lending, it's a joke. I have yet to see a single state in the United States where they turn up as being licensed. They are located in the UK, and are breaking laws there as well.
