Class Action Lawsuit against Richard A Brennan

This people took 4,000 dollars from me and to top my problem my credit is now score at 515 from 700. How can I help???
PS. I have a file with all the charges and Email from them.

I had a refinance of my house in 2007 and then sent a check for $30,000 to Richard A. Brennan's firm to manage and settle outstanding loans. My credit rating is in the toilet and I am close to foreclosure!

I started with Credit Cure in 2005 and then Richard Brennan took over the consolidation. I paid 179.00 for three years but the creditors was not paid. I called them and they told me too tell the creditors to call them but they did not answer the phone with an response. This put me in a hardship situation and I am still struggling to resolve this issue. I need every penny plus interest back from this because he gained interest off the money that I paid him. The Law has to bring charges against people like this. If it was me stealing money I would have ten to twenty years in prison.

i have been with richard brennan since 2006 he took 1,300 amonth out of my account to take care of our credit cards.and those cards never got paid on time. 30 to 60 days even 90 days late.my credit is in the toilet now because of his actions.we want all the money back that he was to pay the credit card companys with.iam appauled that a lawyer would do that to people.i thought you could trust lawyers,but not this one.please help us with this matter.we need to get this resolved as soon as possible.thank you very much.

Richard Brennan took $778 a month from my bank account for 15 months and never paid a creditor. I was assigned a paralegal named Greg Pearce. I talked to him several times a month over that period of time and was repeatedly told to be patient that my debt was being negotiated, but it took time. Finally Citibank got a judgment against me my wages have been garnished for the last 14 months. Also added to my debt were court costs, attorney's fees, etc. I am now out close to $25,000 on an initial debt of about $15,000 and there is no end in sight.

We were transferred to Consumers Alliance Processing Corporation and have now completed the program, but are out the intial payment of $550 +/- dollars and would like to get it back. Does anyone have any more info on this?

I was just contacted by a law office for an upaid debt. I had paid Richard Brennan over $1100.00 to pay of this debt and two others. Luckily, the gentleman I talked to was very nice and willing to work with me. I was suppose to be part of a class action law suit but I can't find any information on-line about it. Has ANYONE EVER got their money back from this jerk? I hope HE ROTS.

I had been using Richard A. Brennan since 2005 and to this day none of my creditors were paid. I was paying 450.00 a month towards nothing and my paralegal changed about 3 times and ended up with Greg Pierce, who did not help one bit. They also took two payments from checking account in one month and never reimbursed me. Due to this issue my husband and I are not able to purchase a home or vehicles. This has created a huge problem and I would love it if someone could contact me in regards to this.
