I got my contract in the mail today for the dmp I inquired about. I had a nice call with a counseler on Tuesday.
What are normal fees? Anything else I should be looking for? I am going to review it over the weekend it's just that some of the stuff is hard to understand.
Now I am freaking out that the CA's wont be willing to work with the program. The counseler pretty much assured me they would as they want the $.
Can anyone give me some tips on what to look for? Also is anyone else in a DMP and are they usually successful if the company you go with is good? I am scared and want to make sure I do everything correct b4 I get myself into more trouble.

The debt counselors are professionals and they know better ways
The debt counselors are professionals and they know better ways dealing with the collectors. All the collection calls are going to stop after the counselor arranges a payment plan with them.
Research the dmp company with the BBB and with the state AG's office. You will get all the feedbacks about them and know about their business. It will make sure that you are working with a reputed company and they are not going to run away with your money.
