I have few items listed on my credit report that i am quite sure are mine. I would like to get ride of them and pay them. Should i still send a letter requesting validation of these debts even though i feel sure that they are mine? Should ALL correspondence be done by cert mail?

Welcome to the forum Ellereese24! Just to confirm what you are fairly certain of, that the items in question are definitely your debts, you can send debt validation letters to the creditors and or collection agencies. Always send letters such as this via certified mail/return receipt requested, so you will have proof that the letters were received.
