Finding an Affordable, Reliable Debt. Mgt. Co.

When I first came here and joined, I was counseled by CCCA, and they restored my hope. Only for me to end up with doubts over who would be handling my account. I don't know Mr. Brennan personally, and I can understand how your name can get wrapped up in company crap that you personally had nothing to do with. Chances are Brennan is an okay attorney, and just got caught up in some deep crap;
But it appears as if I don't have any other avenues to go down. Kentucky has laws prohibiting Town and Country from being able to take me on as a client, that definetly bites. Then thanks to Amy I got in contact with debt reduction Services, but even though they could take me on as a client there was no way I could afford them. For 12 PDLS, and 1 credit card it was going to cost me $766 a month. If I could afford that I wouldn't need a help right now. The guy I spoke with was very nice, his name was Kerby; He told me that with PDL's they like to pay them off in 6-8mths. Which honestly isn't a bad route to go, if you can afford it- I unfortanetly just can't, I would for sure end up losing everything if I tried to do that.
So for now I'm gonna have to go with CCCA/ w/Brennan and pray that he was a victim of circumstance. Getting into debt is so very easy, but getting out, or even getting yourself back on track is very difficult.

Wish you all the best!! Read the contract very carefully before signing it. There should be a point in the contract that if the dmp company is not able to settle the accounts within the specified period, you should have a full refund. You must have everything clarified before signing with anyone.
Thanks, I've read the contract. Actually back in the early '90's

Thanks, I've read the contract. Actually back in the early '90's I went through credit counseling because of credit cards. The major difference this time is finding one that will work within my state, and with online PDL's.
But I've got hope, and faith... Everything will work out as it should, in the end.
