I lost my job a while back and it really mess me up due to budget and not enough money coming in to pay my bills. So my bills piled up and now I am in debt, I need to consolidate my debt and also borrow money in same time. Can you help me?

Consolidating debts at one side and taking a new loan at the other end?? It's not going to be a good move. There won't be any difference in your debt to income ratio. Instead, it might go up.
