want ideas to increase my income and get rid of my debts

I am really in a big problem, I am Egyptian and live in Egypt, married for 25 years and a mother of six children from different ages (22-21-20-17-7-4), I used to come from a rich family, they used to help me and my family as my husband doesn't like to work even though we have this big family, after my mother died I had to work to get money for my children and could earn suitable income to live me and my family.. last year my son had a bad accident and he had an accurate surgery in one of the biggest hospitals here in Egypt which costed me a big big amount of money that exceeded very much my limits.. I borrowed money from many people had loans from different banks have many credit cards to finally find myself sinking in debt and still have abig responsibility as you see, even my elder sons can't work as they are still at university and we are different comunity that we must finish education to find a good sallery job other wise one will work hard get exhausted and earn almost nothing.. by the way I work in the Egyptian Radio and Television Union as an office administrator, it is a govermental job that doesn't afford much income to fit my big family, and it takes my time as I work from 9 to 5 , I have many things that I can do but it is not easy in our country I must have someone to introduce me first it is not easy just to go and apply I can translate, English/Arabic/English, I can cook delicious food and deserts.. I can work with tourists, I can do many many things but don't know how to star.. I need you help me find a plan to arrange my time with my abilities and find a way to increase my income in order to get rid of my debts..please help me I can't sleep, I can't eat noe enjoy my life..

I can certainly understand your situation. You seem like a very hardworking woman, and I commend you for that. I would have a problem with your husband not working, though. Those are his children, too, and he should be helping you carry the responsibility of supporting his children. It's not fair to put it all on you. Your children should be very grateful to have such a wonderful, caring mother.
You mentioned that you can cook delicious foods and deserts. I have a friend here who also bakes wonderful deserts. He is looking into opening up a business through his home. Here, he would need a license to do that. I don't know if that would be the case in your country, as well. That might be an idea for you. My friend checked prices that he can charge here. For a cheesecake, he can charge $25, which would only cost him less than $10 to make, making a $15 profit. This is just to give you an idea. If you could do it out of your home, you really wouldn't have that much extra money that you would have to put into it. For extra income when my children were small, I would type term papers for college students, charging 1 to 2 dollars a page. That was 20+ years ago, so I'm not sure what you could charge today. Many college students were glad to have someone else type it, and many of them were quite long, 15-20 pages. My sister-in-law lived near a college, so she put up a flyer with my phone number. It kept me busy for quite awhile.
