As for the payday loan settlement companies, I have read a lot of positive posts about Langhorne Law. If it were me, I would speak to them to see what they can do. Depending on the payday loan laws for your state, how much your loans were for, and how much you've paid in refinance charges to date, you may find that you have paid more than you are legally required to, and can settle the payday loans yourself.

Here is a link of companies on the Ranking Chart for you to look at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/ranking-chart/ hope this is what you are asking for. Are your pdls internet or store front? If they are internet, go to your states AG website to make sure they are operating legally, chances are, they are not!..KAren

If I am not wrong, there is probably a lawsuit against Langhorne law in February. I heard there is some connection between Langhorne law and Nationwide Cash. I may be wrong though.

gsforgrace, consolidate all your bills under one repayment program. Take the free quote from all debt consolidation companies near you. Each company will have something better in their program. Look what you need the most before finalizing with the company. And don't forget to research the company with your state AG and the BBB.
