Take the refund, that is what I would do, there is a chance they could rescind the offer if you demand more.

I would take the refund that they are offering you now. That's a high amount to get back from a payday lender. Most will just mark your account PIF. Get it while you can :-)

i have express cash dms cash options, they also are part of what is called timberhill i got 300 dollars they say i owe them 600 dollars, with interest, i tried to make an arrangement by money order they say they are not set up to take a money order what do i do now i have been tring to make arrangement with these people they want do it. i also have cash netusa what to expect from them also national opportuinities i have not heard from them yet but i know its comming. now do any one know about geneva roth how are they do you have a phone number or address for them?

CashNetUsa is about the only ipdl that is licensed to lend in the states it conducts business. If you do not make contact with them they will more than likely pursue a civil judgement against you. They are easy to work with from what others say here when trying to settle defaulted accounts.

You should continue to demand a physical address to send your money orders. Be persistent, they ALL have addresses where money orders can be accepted. DO NOT allow them back into your accounts. Being persistent will eventually get you that address to send the money order.

why do every one get a refund except me what im i doing wrong? so cashnetusa is licensed to every state i owe the 875 dollars so i tried to make an arrangement with them they have no where to send a money order and they also want the money in full i can pay them but not all at once you understand. so i will call them tomorrow, to see what they say again. i do not want any law suits if i revoke them can they still take me to civil court? steeler this cashnet usa and dms gave me a hard time too are they legal and what can they do i got 300 they said i owe 600 what is that all about. i paid a couple of 90 dollars to them then i got over whelmed.
