Thank you Syeeler 1. I just received the "RELEASE" in which the are saying that the Borrower and the Company entered into that certain Lian Agreement dated 04/06/2005(original 200 pdl taken out) for which they do not want to refund the $1660 and in considertion of a $1440 refund and a notification to the attorney general Bill McCollum (Florida) thast we have settled and that they have refunded me $1440 . The release also states that I fulky release and forever discharge the Company and its Affiliates from and agains any and all claims, demands, obligation, suits, actions, causes of action etc I feel I deserve the full amount of $2470. One thing when Iasked about the refund for the $00 somehow she askede me something and I asked that they were not sallowed to rollover the pdl that it was againts the law and her answer was that they go by the Delaware's State Laws not Florida then I asked if they were license in Florida and she changed the conversation. I do not want to sound greedy but d---- I think they should refund the total. I would like to hear opinions.

OK, I got my certified check ffrom Venture Zur for $1440 on 1/29/2007. I had sent the Florida AG my complain originally. Do I need to send another complaint regarding the additional refund of $1660? They had me sign a release in which it said "I do hereby fully release and forever discharge the Company and its Affiliates from and against any an all claims, demands, obligations, causes of action etc, No to bring Suit, Non-Admission of fault, liaility etc. Now, Can you give me ideas how to go about getting the rest of the refund I am due? If I have to file another complaint with the Florida AG should I send them the release I signed for the $1440.
Please advise.

No they did not said anything about Florida laws only that they wanted to settle and to make sure I notified the Attorney General's Office that they had settle with me.

I guess they did. They seem kind of in a hurry when I spoke with them on the phone they kept on saying to "make sure you notify the AG's office. Do I need to start all over with them (ag complaint, bbb, etc) in order to fight for my $1660 or is there another way?

Thanks, I guess I will file again with the AG office and treated like a new complaint. Anyone has an opinion?
