To Howard: Thanks for your opinion I will go ahead and get the $1440. I will hold back on notifying the AG's office that we had settle (as they want me to do) then after I get my moeny I will send every correspondence that i have from them and I will let the AG they do not want to refund the $1660 for the original $200 pdl. Lets see what they 'll do. Once again thank you and to Steelers1

I just finished faxing to VentureZu dba/DMS Marketin/Xpress Cash/PD6 Ventures another letter asking for the addition moeny the owed me (1660) I did received the first check for $1440 but they did not wanted to refund the full amount. I told them I could not accept less thant the total amount of $2470. Also when I checked with the BBB and double check with my correspondence they are operating out of Kansas City, MO 64196 as DMS Marketing, PH: 800-757-0122 FAX: 800-853-7221

I just received an email from a John Mullen who says he is an attorney representing Venture Zur, I checked them out and they are Insurance attorneys for Zurich Insurance Company. but anyway he is asking me why did I accepted the $1440 when I wanted more moeny? I told him that I was told by Ms. Vedia Johnson (XpressCash) that I was lucky that I was getting the $1440 and that they were not going to send me the $1660. I accepted the $1440 but then I send them anothr letter asking for the additional $1660 I received an email from Rachel Cooper/Kimball telling me that her boss was looking into it and then I received the email from Mr. Mullen (attorney?)now he is telling me that the contract states that they follow the Delaware laws not the Florida laws, I had said previously that they were not license in Florida and sent them in the initial letter the Florida law regarding the PDLs. What should I tell him? Please advise. I also had mentioned that the Florida AGs office and the Florida Dept of Financial Regulations had been notified and that they would be hearing from them.

I had about 5 emails from Mr. John Mullens and the last one was yesterday in which he quoted the settlement I had gotten for $1440 he said that the laws they followed was Delaware's but I answered him and quoted exactly what the settlement says which mentions that they abide by the Missouri laws. As of 2/15/07 I have not heard anything else from him. So I sent an email to Ms. Rachel Cooper (she sent the check for $1440) and I asked her when can I expect my check for $1660. I am sure I will hear from Mr. Mullen again tomorrow.

Mishele, No I will not get to pushy but I am trying my darnnest to get the diffrent I told Mr. Mullen that Ms Vedia Johnson (Xpress Cash/DMS Marketing) told me that I could not get the $2470 because when I took the upgrade (my mistake) of $100 they closed the $200 loan and I should had asked for the refund back then (but they do not let you know this) and that I should take their offer of $1440 and that it was a good offer. I am waiting for Mr. Mullen to get back to me he identified himself as their legal counsel but her is and Insurance Attorney that represents Zurich Insurance Company. I got the email back from Ms. Cooper telling me that Mr. Mullen was at a trial today but that he would get back on Monday. I will keep you posted on whether or not I get the refund. I want to thank you for all your help and the help from everybody else in the forum. I am getting some refunds back, it is working!
