Do I qualify for a modification
I have been paying into my chapter 13 now for 6 months however I have become deliquent with my mortage payments once again due to the increase payment amount for the escrow balance and also having to pay for car repairs. Am I allowed to ask for a modification so that I might still be able to retain my home? I haven't missed any of my trustee payments at all, just have fallen behind with the mortgage payments please advise.
