Paychecktoday.com is hounding me to pay off my loan which I cannot do at this time. I live in NEW YORK. I believe they have Cease order from the state of Oklahoma. Do I fall under the category of being relinquished of this loan? I have filed a notice with the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit. How should I respond to Paychecktoday?

No, I haven't received a reply from OK yet and yes I have filed
No, I haven't received a reply from OK yet and yes I have filed with NYS Atty General. I also have a phone number from the NYS Banking Department, which states in a letter I printed from their website, that if a person has any questions regarding payday loans in NYS then to call their Consumer's Hotline which I will do. Thanks.
