Long story short... they WERE sticking to the "were in DELAWARE story... emailing me that i signed the agreement since i was in mass but still i will go by delaware laws... i kept emaliing them that i filed with my AG's office (which i did!!! last monday) and i demand my acct PIF. they were not goingg to do that. Friday i checked my status on line at their website and it was still active w/blance...well today.. i just now check and ZERO blance??? sorry, so excited i can't type! no emails or confirmatin from them yet? do you really think they agreed to PIF? ??
i'm jumping out of my SKIN, i already did two as PIF thanks to you all and this site, i would have NEVER knowna nd been here paying thru the arm and leg. Thanks. W O W...ya think? zero? PIF? (sorry, going nuts) ha.

It could be that they gave you PIF status or they could've sent it to collections. Even if it did go to collections it would be some agency that violates the laws. Continue to stick to your guns and follow up on your complaints with the AGs office and file one with the AG in their state.

I had a few send me e-mail confirmation of PIF status and a few who didn't. The one's who didn't confirmed it with the AG's office, and the one's who sent confirmation e-mail confirmations of PIF status just cc'd me copies of the letters they faxed to the AG's office.
