Positive Results with Langhorne Debt Settlement

If you are already involved with debt settlement, keep saving. I believe that, like me, you will see results once you have enough savings to negotiate. If you are considering debt settlement, I would recommend going ahead with it. I couldn't see any way out of the pdl trap in early October, and now I am beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel. :D

I'm sure you must feel a sense of relief with each pdl that is knocked off the list. You chose a good company to help you get out of the pdl trap.
Unfortunately, I started working with Hess Kennedy in late Aug. and have had no results and they are now ignoring my refund request and will not speak to or communicate with me in any way. So, I'm feeling extremely frustrated and foolish!

Add my name to the list of Langhorne's happy customers. I just got an email from them saying that they've reached a very reasonable settlement withe the storefront pdl that was on my list! So my goal of being PDL-free by April is still real!

Did you quit paying the PDL's and just refer them to Langhorne? What did they say?
I have storefront PDL's and from what I understand they take you to court for wage garnishment if the checks come back.

I didn't think that Langhourne delt with store front PDL's. Did they change their policy? If so, I would like to get information on them so that I may contact them.

This is probably true, because most storefronts are following their state's payday lending laws, and can take whatever action is allowed by that state to recover their money. So, they don't have to wheel and deal like internet pdls do.
