Falling short in the monthly payments

i was in the military and making payments on a vechile that i had purchased. the bak it was going through was only sending part of the payment to one account and the other part to a different account causing me to be short in payments. i owe 1000 dollars in back payment but the payments that were going through were always on time just shorter than what they should have been.[/quote]
