If you signed up for the free counseling session when you registered for this site, you will receive a phone call soon from a consultant who will offer advice on programs that will consolidate or settle your debt.

It would be a good idea to have current copies of your credit reports from all three bureaus when they call. You can obtain these for free, once per year (or if you've been denied credit and have a letter from the creditor stating they denied you for credit reasons), by going to annualcreditreport.com. There is no fee involved, and no program to sign up for at that site.
