I got a Capital One credit card debt of almost $1000. i did not work all of 2006. I only work a few hours a week/month. with what they "capital one" charges a month for interest i can not pay it off. I am willing to pay 70-85% of what i make a month to this but Capital Ones interest, is making it Impossible to pay off this debit.

I hope you can help me.

Capital One is very tough in accepting any payment proposals. But you can always send a realistic amount and they have to post it in your file. They can't ignore your payment done. If they don't post your payment, take the help of an attorney and prepare your defense if they file a legal case against you.
