Hi,
First off, thank you so much for reviewing my story.
I'm going through a seperation/divorce (not by my wishes). I'm in a situation where my debt to income ratio is keeping me from being pre qualified for a home mortgage. What I'm looking to do is consolidate the 5 or 6 accounts I have into a lower monthly payment to help me get a house. The house I'm in is in my ex spouses name and is up for sale for us to split the proceeds. She has a mortgage on it for $80,000 and a home equity for $40,000 (I'm on that loan) but not on the deed of the house.
I would like to see what my optiona are with you help.
Please feel free to phone me after 5:00 pm EST the rest of this week. Next week, anytime after 10:00 a.m. EST.
Thanks again and I look very much forward to hearing from you!
Scott Swartout

The consolidation program will allow you to choose any accounts on which you want to work the repayments. The interest rates will be lowered down and most of the late payment fees will be waived off. This will bring down the total balance.

You don't have to show anything as security to begin with the plan. A regular income will be good in your situation so that you can pay according to the plan. The consultant will be calling you shortly and discuss your options. He will analyze your income and budget your expenses according to the fixed plan.
