Customer Service At Hess Kennedy Company
Date: Thu, 02/15/2007 - 03:34
I am arriving late, so help me catch up. What is the biggest issue I can help with.
I read some posts about trying to get through by telephone, being put on hold, or even being hung up on. More alarming i read a post about requesting a refund and not receiving it. This is troublesome.
This is unnacceptable and will not be tolerated. All Hess Kennedy Employees are required to give their name before they begin speaking. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarentee. I have personally handled customer complaints and have always tried my best to satisfy a consumer.
Please make sure you write down this name. Please email any questions or concerns to info(at)hesskennedylaw.com.
I cannot answer questions on this website and no Hess Kennedy Employee is authorized to post in this website besides myself. I cannot handle any complaint in this manner due to our strict privacy poilicy and anyone who claims that they can resolve a dispute on this website I assure you does not speak the corporate policy of the Law Firm.
Very truly yours,
Adam

I am not a client but do youself a favor and read all the posts by Edward of Hess Kennedy. You will be very lucky if you have any customers left on this site.He has walked all over evryone on this board. We have quite a few members claiming to be clients. They will see your message and come out of the woodworks.I do hope you treat them better as Ed has gotten everyone totally irritated with your firm.

cajun makes very good points in his post above. Adam, if you truly want to help your clients (as you seem to want to do), please take cajun's advice and start reading over the various complaints against Hess & Kennedy on the forums. Doing a Google search on Hess Kennedy on the search bar on this page will bring up everything that has been posted here about them. If you are unable to answer questions on this site, I would advise you to PM each individiual member that posted complaints, and invite them to contact you to address their issues personally. If you need help knowing how the PM feature works, please let us know, and we'll be glad to help.
I can't guarantee that all of your clients that posted complaints will still be on the forums, or that they will respond to your PM's. Some of them may have moved on by now, as the Hess & Kennedy threads go back quite far, but at least it's a start.
