Does anyone have a fax number of I-Copllect and/or United Pay Services/Prelitigations?

I-Collect phone number is 866-856-1024

Astro Lending sells the debts to I-collect and Ellis Crosby does collections for them. Read these links below. You will get a clear picture on each of the companies.

United Pay Services is a collection agency. All of them are affiliated with each other. Be aware of your consumer rights. You must get your debt validated to make sure that your money will be going to the right place. Anyone calling you to pay the debts must prove with the copies of the contract received from the original creditor.

I just got I-Collects fax number today it is 866-856-1041 Their address is
I-Collect
10120 South Eastern Ave.
Suite 200
Henderson, NV
89052-3951
You can call I-Collect and talk to Lindsay at 1-800-856-1024 ext. 100 That is the number she gave me on Monday and she told me that was her direct ext.
I only have a phone number for united pay service and that would be 305-396-6625 and the name for that person would be Jack Smith but be aware that he will not send a DV letter he WILL threaten to have you arrested because you want to do it that way. So stand your ground when you talk to him. Don't let him scare you because he cannot do anything like that.

Always arm yourself with the fdcpa when dealing with the shady collectors. Never let them hound you. Be an informed consumer and make them follow all the applicable laws. If they get harsh, take the legal recourse. Record their phone calls. In some states, you have to take the consent of one party before attaching the recording device. The recording that proves about their illegal collections will be enough to prove their FDCPA53 violations.

PinkLady, I was talking with my states Department of Financial Institutions and told her what I-Collect did to me (which was the same as you) and would not give me their address and she asked me do you want it, I said sure and she gave it to me. I should have done that in the first place instead of getting ticked off at the person at I-Collect. It was much less stressfull lol

A few months ago I got a payday loan from 2 power funding. Every 2 weeks they took $90 out of my account. The account is a savings account and I was not aware that I could only have 6 EFTs a month. So, the last payment was returned to 2 Power Funding. They turned my account over to I-Collect. When I called I-Collect to find out how I could send them the money, I never got a return call. However, I did get a call today from a person at 908-212-3726. This was the worst call I ever received in my life. The man was a little hard to understand because of his strong middle eastern accent. He started by saying he was representing 2-power funding and that I had committed fraud and stole money from them. He said he was going to have me arrested and that I would lose my job and be publicly humiliated. When I tried to speak to him, he told me to shut up and listen. I did not engage in a screaming match with this man because I was at work and I wanted to see just how far he would go. He said he would try to help me but he didn't feel like I was serious because I wasn't crying and getting upset about him having me arrested. I asked him if he was serious and did he truly expect me to start crying. He said he could tell by my friendly attitude that I was not taking him seriously and he was going to show me who he really was. He said my entire family would suffer and he would make sure of it. Eventually, I had heard enough and I hung up. He called me back and left a message (that I have recorded on my voicemail). He said how dare I hang up on federal agent and he was going to me make pay for my ignorance. Needless to say, I am extremely angry and will be taking legal action.

I just got a call from this wonderful number, and he id himself as an fbi agent "travis" with the strongest accent you could imagine. He stuttered and stammered and could barely speak english. Told me got letters from "the court people" because of my supposed internet fraud, etc. Thanks to this website I was already expecting the call. I asked him if he seriously thought I believed he was going to arrest me for a collections account. He got real defensive and started yelling. Anyway I reported that number to the FBI, complained to BBB.com, AND just left a message for my attorney. These guys have got to be shut down. I just feel bad for the people who actually believe the garbage and send those theives their money.

I just got a call from 904-665-5008 and the guy had a middle eastern accent so I couldn't hardly understand him and he said that I owed money to 2-Power-Funding. I was not giving him any info over the phone and I said I would take care of it if they sent me something via US mail, but he said they couldn't do that. They could only fax me something after it was paid. Who are they kidding? I told him I wasn't giving him anything until they send me something in the mail so that I could take it to my lawyer to make sure it was legit. He just got really mean with me and said that I was refusing to take care of it and they would seek legal action. Then he kept saying about check fraud and internet fraud. Are these guys for real and can they really do this???

I too got a call from "Travis" today who said that he was a federal agent, yadda yadda yadda. I am so glad that I found this website because I was about to send them the money. They definitely need to be shut down. Has anyone ever figured out an address for them? I'd love to send them a nice certified letter.

Thank god i found this site, its nice to know that i'm not the only one getting harrassed by these people...he said he was from united pay services. and that his name was kevin smith, i think that was a phony name any ways, cause when i called back and asked for him he kinda studdered....lol...anyways i have wuite a few loans out right now, does anyone have any advice for me. and what i should do?

Oh, he gave you a phony name alright. And don't sweat his idiotic threats either, sounds like you know he is full of it and trying to take you for more money. I would close any checking account you have connectted with these loans, and open a new account away from that bank and at a new bank if you can do that. And you need to start filing complaints. Especially against these yahoos at this company. Good for you for not buying their bologna!

Is anybody familiar with this number
407-574-2413. I called and asked their company name and the guy hung up on me. I did pay them 1/2 of what they asked for back in May. And they said they were collecting on behalf of Arrowhead Investments. Has anybody dealt with them before? I spoke with them today regarding my loan and told them I couldn't pay and they said I would get arrested in front of my children and I thought I was smarter than the law etc.
Any advise would be great!

I got the same harrassing calls today from "Travis Griffin" of United Pay Services. Phone # 908-212-3726. I've seen this same name and number pop up several times in these posts. Go to Sunbiz.org and look up ficticious names it will show their ADDRESS and original company name... United Pay Services is their alias.

Do anyone know about these numbers 908 212 3726 or 714 243 5226 I got a call from Mr. John Catler at my job first harassing me and my co workers about having me arrested and I was going to loose my job. on a 300.00 paydayloan in 2 hours If they didn't contact me When I spoke with John Catler I couldn't understand him. He wanted me to send 1200.00 by 2:30 to clear everything. I really got upset What can they really do or could they do anything. I need some help.

Both numbers have been disconnected. If John Catler and his "company" are a legitimate debt collection firm, they are clearly acting outside of the law. They will continue these tactics until they are reigned in.

Do not repond to them - do not send them any money. Report any contact from these people to the Federal Trade Commission and your local Attorney General's office.

BTW - both numbers are now disconnected. They're not paying their bills, they're not liking scrutiny and/or they've been shut down by law enforcement...

...or they now see the error of their ways are are wiping the slate clean!!!

When I called 866-856-1024. I was told that all defaults are sent to iCollect and they cannot give the a number for them. I said, "then how will I know who is suppose to be collecting the debt? Their reply was iCollect does not give them any information about who is collecting the debt, and for me to get an attorney to find out the correct debt collector. Well I gues they really don't want to get paid.

i have been receiving calls from I-collect for a pay day loan. He has told me that he is in contact with the court system and if i do not pay this off they will put out a warrant on me. I have tried several times to get them to e-mail me the information about their company and he keeps telling me that it is going through but i never receive it. Can they have a warrant put out for you?

in one word...no,icollect is a bottomfeeder that relies on illegal threats as the loans they collect for are illegal themselves.they can't have you arrested for owing a pdl.

I got the same response from the same company, a guy with a strong accent said he was an officer, and he would call my job after i told him not to, so a couple of weeks later a women called me and said since i refused to pay, have i ever been incarcirated for bad checks and fraud i said no she said this will be your first time and asked me do i have a lawyer and i told her yes she was very rude to me. I finally hung up. they just have to do what they have to because right now i don't have the money, and if she wasn't so rude with me i could have found some way of coming up with the money. I only owed 350 she did'nt even ask is there anyway that i could pay on this.
