The loans are all internet. I stumbled upon this site by accident and just realized that i could be in some trouble. I have paid $800 out to cash call on my husbands and i's account $400 to his and $400 to mine. I am coming up on first payment to other two that are for $390. I do have a hobby that i intended to pay these of with but it is not going well. I breed dogs and have 12 puppies i havnt sold. It is not possible for me to close my accounts. someone replied with the laws of michigan and i guess im having a moment because i dont understand what i am reading! Thanks

Smokeyj - you might want to go back to the other posts you made - there are more detailed instructions there.
In short, if you have not paid back what you were loaned, from a moral standpoint (and in my own opinion), you should at least pay back the principal on what you were loaned, plus the interest allowed by Michigan. Again, that's my opinion, not the law.
If you are unable to pay them back, you may want to look into getting into a debt consolidation plan that will work with payday lenders. If you signed up for the free counseling when you registered with this site, a consultant will be calling you regarding debt consolidation or settlement. You might want to discuss your situation with them and see if they can help.
I honestly think you might be able to fight these, though. I've checked on Michigan's Deferred Presentment Licensee database (which is what payday lenders are called in MI), and neither Cash Call nor Nationwide are licensed in Michigan.
