My wife got a hold of my credit card, as well as 3 she got (She is a stay at home Mom). She rang up around $35,000 in credit card debt, in just about 2 years. Ok Maybe I did $5000 of it.
Anyway, I owe $87,000 on my home which is worth around $160,000 now. Would it be better to refiance and pay that all off even though closing cost ECT.. would run around $$4000 ?? Or would the Consolidation route be a better way??
Also, as I have read, MANY debt companies are scammers, what are good ones, and it this Debt consildation care legit??
Thnk you in advance.
