What state are you from? If you post what state you are from somebody here will look up the state law for you. You can then do the math and figure up how much you have paid them and how much you should have paid them, possibly get a refund. You should send the a revocation of ACH right away to and talk to your bank about not letting them debit your account. The bank can stop it on your end too, just in case they don't honor your wishes.

When you do the revocation of voluntary ACH, you basically need to state what you want.

Date: ******
Company name
address

Dear*****

I am revoking the ACH permission for loan number **** on my bank account ********** account number. I no longer authorize you to debit my account.

Your Name
& signature

Your contact information

You should send this to them right away, fax, email, snail mail, alot of folks say to do both letters via certified mail with return reciept so when they sign for it you know they did.
